Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery: 

Once you have placed your order and the payment has been processed, all items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For Service, within 5-7 working days provided the item(s) is in stock, at a cost of £4.50 (2nd class ) or £5.00 (1st class).

If you need your jewellery before that time, you can request a fast track service, which costs £10.00 (UK only) and ensures orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered by 1pm. Orders for this service need to be requested via phone or email as I am not always available to provide this service.  Orders will need to be placed before 12 noon on a week day and any special delivery requests on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday. 

For both services, a signature will be required on delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched you are no longer able to cancel the order.

We are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage arising from any delivery as items are sent in perfect condition and signed for tracked.

 

European & Worldwide Delivery:

This service is normally delivered within 10 days, however this can vary depending on location. The standard cost of this is £10 Europe, £15 Worldwide.

Please note, a signature will be required on delivery with both services, and you may be charged local custom and duty on receipt. Please also check that your credit card is registered for overseas payments and note that your final invoice will be shown in £ sterling.

Returns:

Due to health and safety reasons I am unable to accept earrings back unless it is due to a fault with the item.  If you are to change your mind about the earrings sadly they cannot be returned, as I am unable to sell them to other customers. 

All jewellery items are only able to be returned if faulty and if less than 2 weeks after purchase. 

Exchanges are not permitted. 

The postage costs will be deducted from any refunds once the item has been returned. 

NOTE:

Please note Sparkles & Pearls for Girls does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.
